Located in the main lodge with stunning views over Spicer’s Gap plateau, Spicers Peak Lodge Restaurant is contemporary Australian in style and prides itself on using premium local ingredients to create eclectic and ever-changing menus that leave every diner dreaming of more.
With head chef, Ashley Martin, at the helm, the restaurant team provide an unforgettable dining experience, with the signature seven course degustation dinner including dishes such as milk poached veal and assiette of white rabbit providing an unmatched highlight. Especially when all meals and beverages are included in accommodation package prices.
Of course, even if you’re not a guest of Spicers Peak Lodge you can still enjoy everything the Restaurant has to offer, including its enviable wine list boasting the best regional, national and international wines.
Open to the public seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, the Spicers Peak Lodge Restaurant really does have to be seen to be believed.
Spicers Peak Lodge Restaurant is fully licensed and is open daily. The price for each option is set (included in accommodation package for our guests), but the cuisine changes daily, so every visit will be a new culinary experience. For non-guests, prices start at $115 per person for lunch (bookings essential).
Breakfast 8.00 – 9.30am seven days (house guests only)
Lunch 12.30 – 2.00pm three course lunch (day visitors welcome)
Dinner from 7.00pm degustation menu provided daily with wines
