Open daily for breakfast, brunch and high tea for guests of the hotel, and strictly by reservation for non-guests, Spicers Balfour Hotel's chef, is ready to delight with his mouth-watering creations.
Breakfast & Brunch
Breakfast: now open to the public from 7am, every day.
Brunch: 9am to midday, pre-booking essential. Starts from $35 per person and includes: freshly squeezed juice of the day, espresso coffees, herbal teas, Parisian selection and hot breakfast cooked to order.
Private Lunch & Dinners
Celebrating a special occasion? Or just looking for somewhere different to catch up with friends? Spicers Balfour Hotel can host a private lunch or dinner for a minimum of 10 and up to 18 guests in the private dining room, main dining room or on the magnificent grand Queensland wrap-around verandah.
