The Tamarind Cooking Retreat offers a cut above the rest with their purpose built cooking Pavilion featuring state of the art cooking stations for two, air-conditioned comfort and small intimate classes of 12. Not to mention the spectacular views perched amongst the beautiful green grounds overlooking the forest.
Each class is highly informative and hands-on. Each participant will create 5 recipes and be taught in a simple structured way to enable you to perform these at home for friends and family immediately.
Each person receives a folder containing recipes, notes, and a signature Tamarind Apron. There will also be a ‘pantry list’ with a ‘description of use’ for all the basic ingredients required for use at home.
At the end of the day indulge on your creations... have a laugh, have a glass and enjoy your new found passion...
