The sound of birds and the falls created a sound that you normally hear in a movie background or a relaxation CD. Your Staff were so helpful and full credit to you on their work ethic. Staff were so friendly and courteous.
The Food was the best we’ve ever experienced in any Hotel or Resort. Food presentation and the wait staff were of the highest standard. The Spa Anise provided a unique experience and treatments we are still raving about. Again the staff went beyond the call to ensure we were looked after.

"The room was both spacious and comfortable. It met our needs adequately, be it lazing in front of the TV or simply sleeping-in. We were initially disappointed to find that the spa bath (present during our previous stay) had been removed and substituted with the hot tub. However, this concern dwindled over time as the hot tub was well utilised. It actually provided a refreshing contrast with the cold night air and the tub's hot water. For me, the bed was a highlight as I slept very soundly during my stay (something I rarely do)." Anon
