Found in the heart of the spectacular Scenic Rim region just one and a half hours south west of Brisbane, we offer uniquely luxurious safari-style camping escapes to couples, as well as family, social or corporate groups of up to 20 on the doorstep of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We are located just a few minutes drive from our famous sister property – Spicers Peak Lodge – from which we gain inspiration for our customer service and cuisine.
A rich eco tourism experience and up close and personal encounters with Australia’s unique plant and animal life are very much part of a visit to Spicers Canopy, as our fabulously well appointed permanent campsite lies close to the rich 8,000 acres of Australia’s most unique private nature refuge.
High on a plateau, the air at Spicers Canopy is pristine. At night, if guests can drag their eyes from the fire, they can look into skies so clear they can see satellites tracking past stars. A glass of nice red enhances moments such as these.
Spicers Private Walks has received Advanced Eco Tourism Accreditation from Eco Tourism Australia.

Couple rates start from $275 per person ($550 per tent) midweek and $330 pp ($660 per tent) weekend. Book the entire site for up to 20 people (10 tents) for only $5500 and it's yours to use exclusively.
