At Spicers Retreats, Hotels & Lodges our aim is to be invisible… unless you want to talk to us. That’s because we believe the best service is so unobtrusive and efficient that you don’t notice it – you only notice how relaxed and happy you are.
In saying that, however, we also believe in being infinitely approachable. Our Managers are not stuck behind desks, they are greeting you at the door, offering you a drink and making sure that everything in your meal was as you like it. All while telling you a local anecdote or answering any questions you have.
